No-Chicken Broth Powder

· 1 1/3 C nutritional yeast
· 2 T onion powder
· 1 T garlic powder
· 1 t dried thyme
· 1 t rubbed sage (not powdered, RUBBED)
· 1 t paprika
· ½ t turmeric
· ¼ t celery seed
· ¼ t dried parsley
1. Combine all ingredients and grind with a mortar and pestle into a fine powder.
JANINE'S NOTE: I put all ingredients in food processor and process for a few seconds instead of mortar/pestle procedure
2. Store in an airtight container, such as a clear glass jar.
CHEF’S NOTE:
No-Chicken Broth: Mix 1 Tablespoon of the mixture with 1 cup of warm water to yield 1 cup of broth.
